Programme overview

The UK China Graduate Work Experience Programme connects Chinese students with UK employers, placing students in salaried 12 to 50-week internships in the UK

 

For employers, the Programme is an ideal way to access China’s most promising talent, develop cultural links and raise your company’s profile in China.

As managing agent, is responsible for:

  • generating applications from students who meet your criteria – eg, degree discipline, academic profile, etc
  • screening and interviewing applicants
  • securing visas (a special visas issued for the duration of their placement so employers will not be required to undertake visa-related paperwork)
  • organising logistics – for example, flights and accommodation
  • pastoral care – 24/7 support, and two-week orientation programme.
