Programme overview

The UKChina Graduate Work Experience Programme connects top British students with Chinese employers, placing students in salaried 12- to 50-week internships in China.

 

For China based employers, the Programme is an ideal way to access UK’s most promising talent, develop cultural links and raise your company’s profile in the UK. As managing agent, we are responsible for:

  • generating applications from students who meet your criteria – e.g. degree discipline, academic profile, etc
  • screening and interviewing applicants
  • securing visas (a special visa is issued for the duration of their placement so employers will not be required to undertake visa-related paperwork)
  • organising logistics – for example, flights and accommodation
  • pastoral care – 24/7 support, and two-week orientation programme.
