Candidate support

On arrival, candidates take part in a two-week orientation programme to help prepare them for life in China.

 

The GTI Recruiting Solutions team is also on-hand to provide support for both employers and candidates. For example, candidates have access to free of charge telephone support, and a Facebook networking group has been established.

Employers receive a regular newsletter to keep them up to speed with developments to the Programme, and the GTI Recruiting Solutions team is always available to help resolve any problems that may arise between employers and candidates.
